Overview

PrepALL is a compact, intelligent, and cost-effective liquid handling platform designed to simplify laboratory automation. Equipped with eight independent channels and excellent pipetting accuracy across a 0.5–1200 µL range, it delivers reliable performance for applications such as PCR setup, nucleic acid extraction, normalization, and general sample preparation. Its plug-and-play modular design and one-click automatic calibration enable fast installation without engineering support. Built-in AI and vision technology ensure consumable recognition, deck verification, real-time monitoring, and full traceability for safe and efficient operation. Flexible, High-Precision Pipetting

PrepALL uses eight independent channels with unequal spacing to support a pipetting range of 0.5–1200 µL. Coefficients of variation are below 3% for 1–50 µL and below 1% for 50–1000 µL, with pLLD, cLLD, liquid level tracking, and anti-dripping features that reduce dead volume and improve accuracy.

Compact, Space-Saving Design

The platform occupies just 0.7 m² of bench space while offering 16 SBS deck positions, expandable up to 41, making it suitable for labs with limited space or growing throughput needs.

Plug-and-Play Setup

Capacitive and pressure-based liquid level detection, consumable recognition, and one-click automatic calibration allow PrepALL to be installed and configured without engineering support.

Real-Time Monitoring and Traceability

Built-in sensors and data logging provide real-time monitoring throughout the process and ensure full traceability, reproducibility, and consistency for every run.
