Faster Heat-Up
A new Z controller system added to the existing PID controller has made the heat-up process 37% faster compared with the previous model and improved temperature stability when operating at low temperatures.
Ease of Use
The oven features a user-friendly control panel and display, and is equipped with a power consumption and CO2 emission monitor.
Programmable Operation
Various operation modes are programmable, including auto-start and auto-stop, a timer, a calibration offset function, and other support functions as standard.
Input/Output Options
Optional input/output functions include a 4-20mA analog output, an external communication terminal (RS485), alarm output, operation signal, and time-up signal output ports.
Efficient Safety
Safety countermeasures include self-diagnosis functions for abnormal temperature sensors and broken heater wires, along with independent overheating prevention and an electric leakage breaker.
