Overview
The FP Series is Yamato Scientific's high performance muffle furnace line, and most models use RCF-free alumina fiber insulation to comply with RCF regulations. The series includes five models, from the compact FP102/FP103 to the largest FP413, sharing an operating temperature range of 100 to 1,150°C, a temperature control accuracy of ±1.0°C at 1150°C, and a temperature distribution of ±4.0°C at 1150°C. Because the heating element is concealed and does not appear inside the furnace chamber, the series is well suited to microanalysis applications where contamination must be prevented. Each furnace uses a PID microprocessor-based or PID Z controller with an R-type thermocouple sensor, and offers program operation of up to 99 steps and 99 patterns with repeat operation, along with enhanced safety functions.

The furnace chamber uses RCF-free alumina fiber insulation for safe and secure operation.
Concealed Heater for Contamination Prevention
Since the heater does not appear in the chamber, the furnace is ideal for microanalysis and contamination prevention.
Program Operation
It is equipped with program operation for automated temperature profiles.
Enhanced Safety Functions
The furnace is enhanced with additional safety functions.
R-Type Thermocouple
It uses an R-type thermocouple sensor for accurate temperature measurement.
