Overview
The TS Series is an overheating prevention device from Yamato Scientific that connects to a constant temperature oven or constant temperature water tank to prevent overheating before it occurs, reliably shutting off unit power. A sheath sensor with a 2m temperature sensing part is available in addition to the standard 200mm sensor, allowing installation in a variety of locations. The device employs a dual monitor system that allows monitoring of both the heat prevention sensor temperature and the overheat prevention set temperature, and it shuts down the target unit with an error indication and audible buzzer if an abnormality occurs. A key lock function is available to lock the set temperature. The series includes two models, TS101 and TS310, which differ in power breaking capacity.

Optional Long Sensor
A sheath sensor with a 2m temperature sensing part is available as an option, in addition to the standard 200mm sensor.
Dual Monitor System
The device employs a dual monitor system that allows monitoring of the heat prevention sensor temperature in addition to the overheat prevention set temperature.
Error Alert and Key Lock
If an abnormality occurs, the device shuts down the target unit and alerts the user with an error indication and audible buzzer, and a key lock function is available to lock the set temperature.
