Manufacturer: Anton Paar — Austria

Overview

The L-Cor 8000 series Coriolis flow meter provides a complete solution for mass flow, density, and concentration measurement. The sensor series delivers accurate flow, density, and concentration measurement across the most demanding industries and process conditions including extreme temperatures, high pressures, and high-viscosity media. With expert guidance and outstanding customer service, we help you find the perfect solution for your process and support you throughout the entire product lifecycle.

From Micrograms to Megatons: One Meter for Any Industry or Scale

From microdosing applications such as fragrance handling at 0.4 grams per minute to high-volume custody transfer measurement up to 1,400 metric tons per hour, the L-Cor 8000 series delivers accurate flow, density, and concentration measurement across the full measurement spectrum.

A Coriolis Flow Meter Engineered for Extremes

Built for durability and a long service life even in the toughest environments, the Coriolis flow meter sensors cover temperature spans of up to 400 °C, withstand maximum process pressures of more than 400 bar, and are certified for hazardous areas. Cryogenic variants are capable of measuring temperatures as low as -200 °C, with high-temperature variants enabling flow monitoring up to + 350 °C. Even viscous media of 10,000 mPa·s and beyond pose no challenge. A range of wetted material options, including stainless steel and Alloy C, ensures maximum compatibility with your process media.

Reliable Gas Flow Monitoring

The L-Cor 8000 Coriolis flow meter is ideally suited for precise flow measurement of dry gaseous media, delivering high accuracy independent of gas type, temperature, or process pressure. Its robust and maintenance-free design ensures consistent and reliable performance, even under demanding process conditions. High measurement precision enables tight process control, making it an excellent choice for beverage and chemical processing, as well as energy and gas distribution.

Certified for Custody Transfer

Anton Paar’s Coriolis flow meters enable traceable measurements in custody transfer applications. Full compliance with standards such as OIML R 117-1, MC, as well as certification according to ISO/IEC 17025, ensures the accuracy and integrity required for fiscal metering across industries.
