The Achios-X Inverso is a high-performance inverted microscope designed for demanding materials science applications. It supports brightfield, darkfield and polarization, with long working distance plan and apochromatic objectives for superior imaging without cover glass correction. Ergonomic features include a tilting head and low-positioned controls. The Smart Light Control system saves intensity settings per objective, enhancing efficiency. NeoLED™ illumination delivers high-contrast, high-resolution images with minimal energy use. With robust construction, intuitive operation and advanced optics, the Achios-X Inverso is ideal for examining metals, polymers and complex materials in research and industrial environments.

NeoLED

The innovative NeoLED™ design is a combination of a custom LED and a specially designed thin lens with a short focal length. Four main benefits:

• More oblique light from the NeoLED™ light source, which increases the light output significantly
• Less energy is required to achieve this level of light intensity
• The larger aperture of NeoLED™ allows the optical system of the microscope to produce images at higher resolutions, very close to the theoretical diffraction limit of the optics
• Super long life span, up to 50.000 hrs nominal, L70 norm
