AW Series

Overview

The AW Series is Yamato Scientific's line of laboratory glassware washers, spanning three models with increasing levels of automation and capacity. The AW47 is an easy to use benchtop semi-automatic glassware washer, the AW62 is a compact and powerful automatic benchtop washer with a spin table, and the AW83Z is a fully automatic, large capacity washer with two washing chambers ideal for washing large equipment and a large amount of instruments. All three models use a pressurized water jet cleaning method and a built-in heater for hot water washing.

AW47 (Semi-automatic, Compact)

The AW47 is a semi-automatic washer that is easy to operate by simply setting the time and pressing start. It uses an upward and downward two-way pressurized water jet method with rotating jet nozzles for high level cleaning, and detergent washing is also available. A built-in water heater means no boiler piping or separate water heating system is required.

AW62 (Automatic, Compact)

The AW62 automates the full wash and rinse cycle, with each process displayed on an indicator, and wash time and process can be set according to the shape and contamination level of the glassware. It uses a powerful upward and downward two-way pressurized water jet method with a built-in water heater, and can optionally be connected to a water purifier for a final pure water rinse.

AW83Z (Fully-automatic, Large Capacity)

The AW83Z has two washing chambers and offers three selectable washing patterns, with liquid detergent automatically supplied from a detergent container. Its fixing-type rack and spinning jet nozzle help avoid breakage of containers, and hot water washing is available via a built-in heater.
