SPI-Pore Silver Membrane Filters
Made from pure silver, SPI-Pore silver membrane filters are extremely thin (about 51 µm, or 0.002 inch), uniformly porous, reusable membranes that withstand extreme temperature, pressure, and aggressive solvents without collapsing, tearing, curling, or dissolving.

Overview
Made from pure silver, SPI-Pore silver membrane filters are extremely thin (about 51 µm, or 0.002 inch), uniformly porous, reusable membranes that withstand extreme temperature, pressure, and aggressive solvents without collapsing, tearing, curling, or dissolving. Their chemical and thermal stability makes them particularly valuable for applications involving harsh fluids or high temperatures where a polymer membrane would fail, and their smooth pure-metal surface also suits them to direct SEM/TEM examination. They are available in disc diameters from 13 to 47 mm and in large 15 x 15 inch sheet format for custom cutting.
Disc Filters
Pure silver membrane discs are available in 13, 25, 37, and 47 mm diameters, in a range of pore sizes from 0.2 to 5 µm. They are reusable and resistant to aggressive solvents and high temperature, unlike polymer membranes.
Sheet Stock
A 15 x 15 inch (381 x 381 mm) large sheet is available for labs that need to cut custom filter shapes and sizes. This is useful for non-standard filter geometries or bulk custom fabrication.
